Name: River Tam "Real" Name: Miranda Fenwick Room Number: F37 Age: 17 Hair Color: Brown Eye Color: Brown Height: 5'3" Other Characteristics: River often seems as though she's wandering through life in a daze, scarcely paying attention to the details it offers. Strangely enough, she seems to see and take in everything around, soaking up information like a sponge without ever having to be told a thing. One thing is very clear, however. River knows things that she shouldn't, and she has a maddeningly cryptic way of letting people know that she does. She's likeable enough, bearing a charming smile and a playful attitude during her more lucid moments that has endeared her to quite a few people in Landels. Of course, spouting things about them that she couldn't know also tends to put them off at first until they get used to her, if they ever intend to do so. She's eccentric and clearly abnormal, sometimes saying things that make no sense at all, and yet everything that comes out of her mouth has a hidden meaning. She's remarkably brilliant, a genius who's been correcting her brother's spelling errors since she was three and possesses an eidetic memory in addition to her receptive telepathy. However, useful as she is, River is highly emotional due to being unable to restrain her emotions as a result of the cruel experiments and tortures that the Alliance subjected her to in order to fashion a perfect weapon. Other telepaths viewing her mind will no doubt be subjected to a slew of disturbing images such as River bound in a chair with long, bloody needles sticking in various parts of her head as she screams and flashes of the happy, innocent girl she used to be before she began to lose herself, before she became broken. Everything about River is secretly deliberate and fluid, from her movements to her strange speech. Timeline: Re-start! River has now been taken directly after the episode "Objects in Space" from the series.
